In an Ayurvedic consultation, Education is an important focus. We will start with an initial Ayurvedic consultation to address your physical and psychological challenges, as well as your desired goals.  At each meeting, I will provide you with the knowledge of Ayurveda and doshic relationships as they relate to your unique doshas, as well as the importance of your food and lifestyle choices.

This understanding will empower you to make daily diet and lifestyle changes to restore balance in your body, mind, and spirit.  With this awareness of your personal responsibility to live more harmoniously, you allow the healing to take place or even prevent the onset of diseases altogether.

My goal is to help you feel better, have more energy, clarity, enthusiasm of life, and look better too!

Initial Consultation

2 Hours, In-Person or Online

  • Educational session to understand Ayurveda, doshic relationship and root cause of your health imbalance or diseases
  • Review your intake form
  • Physical Assessment
  • Tongue Assessment
  • Pulse Analysis
  • An introduction to your personalized diet and lifestyle plans you can follow.
  • Q & A

Report of Findings

1 Hour, In-Person or Online

  • Comprehensive report of your constitution (Prakruti) and Current state of doshas (Vikruti)
  • An introduction of individualized Ayurvedic lifestyle protocol.
  • Healthy Eating Guideline
  • Treatment plan discussion including foods, supplements, herbs, aromas, colors, bodywork, detoxification, yoga, pranayama and meditation
  • Q & A

Follow-up Meetings

30-45 mins, In-Person or Online

At each meeting, we will first check how you feel. We may fine-tune the program in order to help you reach your goals.  Each of the meetings includes the following but not limited to:

  • Continued education (The Six Tastes, Food combination guideline)
  • Continued implementing Ayurvedic lifestyle program
  • Food program according to your constitution and current state of doshas
  • Yoga
  • Pranayama
  • Meditation
  • Aromatherapy
  • Crystals and/or Mantras
  • Q & A
