Chan's Healing Foods

Let us worry about the shopping, chopping, and cooking what is ‘right’ for you.  Your wholesome prepared meals are delivered weekly to your door, ready to eat and savor.

A sample of your healing foods includes:

  • Mono-diet Monday
Ayurvedic kitchari for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • 4 breakfasts (Tue-Fri)
Many of our breakfasts emphasize cooked grains as they are most grounding, blood-sugar stabilizing, and are often neglected in our culture. Breakfasts are often spiced grain porridge, spiced steel cut oat, spiced yogurt with toppings, and Chan’s very own that lifechanging bars and nut butter.
  • 4 lunches (Tue-Fri)
various rice, noodle, vegetable bowls, soups or salad.
  • 2 dinners (Tue-Wed)
various rice, noodle, vegetable bowls, soups or salad.

You can enjoy dinners on Thursday and Friday, and all meals on Saturday and Sunday with your loved ones.
